In order to further enhance the level of after-sales service in the Turkish market, on July 23rd, the DFSK Customer Center went to Turkey to jointly organize a 5-day DFSK E5 after-sales training with DFSK Turkey dealers. Dealers from the local market as well as representatives from various European regions attended the opening ceremony of the training.
At the openng ceremony, Chen Wenzhang, Director of DFSK Customer Center, emphasized that this after-sales training plays a crucial role in solidifying the foothold in new markets. DFSK has always placed high importance on the quality of after-sales service. This training will set a benchmark for establishing the after-sales service system for Turkish and even European dealerships.
To ensure the high quality of this training, the DFSK team meticulously designed the training curriculum. During the theoretical sessions, the DFSK team provided detailed explanations on topics such as an overview of the E5 model and its market performance, power systems, hybrid technology, vehicle maintenance standards, and more. Practical training included guidance for participants on vehicle disassembly and assembly, diagnosis and repair of power system faults, and other related tasks.
This training is not only aimed at the Turkish market but is also open to all DFSK dealerships across Europe. Subsequently, product and technical training will be progressively conducted in regions including Europe, the Americas, Asia, and Africa.
