Chongqing, May 21, 2025 — On May 21, SERES Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "SERES") signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with TÜV Rheinland Greater China, an International Independent Third-Party Testing and Certification organization. The agreement establishes a comprehensive, long-term strategic partnership in the areas of certification, testing & inspection, safety assessment, quality management involving whole vehicle, vehicle system, component and its extended sectors. This collaboration lays the groundwork for compliance and market access of SERES in oversea markets, facilitating its global expansion while enhancing the competitiveness and recognition of both parties.
SERES continues to bring its diversified products to customers worldwide. Since its debut at the Paris Motor Show 2024, the AITO brand has garnered growing attention and acclaim internationally. So far this year, SERES has signed strategic agreements with partners in Qatar, Egypt, the UAE, Bahrain, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Mongolia, to jointly put AITO slogan "Intelligence Redefining Luxury" into practice in local markets. Among these services, Type Approval of Vehicles and Components, and Global Market Access will provide assurance for SERES' further expansion to overseas markets. Certification of Cybersecurity Management System and Software Update Management System, as well as ADAS Verification will help SERES strengthen its leading position in the field of intelligent connected vehicles.
